After talking with several other companies, I was ready to give up on my dream kitchen. Then I spoke with Blake from Cosmic. The siding on my 20-unit building was starting to get pretty raggedy. It was time to bite the bullet. I used Cosmic Renovation and Roofing on my other building and was happy with the work so I decided to give them a call again. I really liked working with Blake but this time they sent Yani. That was great because Yani was every bit as detail oriented as Blake. A real pro. He handled everything from start to finish and like Blake, the job was completed on time. I recommend Cosmic Renovation and Roofing to everyone.

My roof was already in horrible shape with way too many leaks to count. Then the winds came and tore off half the shingles. Now I hear another storm is coming and it’s going to be bad. I freak out because I can’t take a week off of work just to be moving buckets around all day. So I call Cosmic Renovation and Roofing in a panic. They send Ben over to take a look and 3 days later I had a new roof. If it wasn’t for Cosmic Renovation and Ben’s sense of urgency, I don’t know what I would have done.

When Ben the Project Manager suggested replacing my existing concrete driveway with pre-formed pavers I was very pessimistic. Where as I approved of the color he selected and liked their general appearance, I still had serious misgivings about pavers being used on my steep, curvey, and generally difficult driveway located in the Montclair District of Oakland. Ben insisted that they would work so I reluctantly agreed to use them. To make a long story short the project went beautifly and I could not be happier. Many of my neighbors have stopped and commented on how nice it looks.

Our family is expanding, so we decided to expand our house by adding two rooms to our house. We contacted Cosmic Renovation, as they are nearest to our home, and they delivered! Not only did they help us design, plan and build these two rooms, they also made sure it all fit our budget! And the best part? The whole transformation caused us no stress! I can highly recommend!!

Cosmic Renovation replaced my roof for a very affordable price. I had a worn out roof that I had done a couple repairs on, after so many repairs it was time to simply swap it out. Cosmic Renovation has always been my go to company for my roof and they were very honest when repairing it that I was going to waist the same amount of money if I simply kept repairing it and to really consider replacing it. They offered the best pricing, and worked very hard to have it done professionally. I love my new roof it looks amazing and best thing yet not having to worry about repairing it constantly!

I hired Cosmic Renovation to re-roof my home. O also send quotes to some other contractors and Cosmic offer was most acceptable. I also saw their recommendations which are excellent. They came on scheduled time, and they were efficient and quick. The result was excellent, great job and they cleaned everything at the end. Very recommendable company for any type of roof work!!!

It was time for new roof on our home and as we already worked with Cosmic Renovation & Roofing we hired them for that job. It was Asphalt Shingle Roof and they gave us very fair price. We also called some other companies but their prices were higher. The project went OK, fast and with no issues. They were really accurate and did superb quality of work. We are very happy with our new roof, once again Cosmic did an excellent job!!!

After being referred to Cosmic Renovation by my mother I decided to go with them to install my solar panels! Great, professional, and hard working company, they worked very hard to complete the job in a timely manner. Pricing was also very reasonable, couldn't have had a better experience with such a big project in my home!

Following a recent storm, we discovered a leak in our roof. We contacted Cosmic Renovations to come out and make the necessary repairs. Ben Itzhak arrived on time and proceeded to assess the roof and provide an estimate for repairs. He was very thorough, taking numerous photographs of the roof. Going over the photos, Ben explained what he saw and answered all our questions. After discussing our options, we determined a complete roof replacement was best. Their pricing was comparable to other companies in our area. The work was completed on schedule and Ben oversaw the project from start to finish. The workers were courteous and punctual. We recommend Cosmic Renovations & Roofing highly and would use them again!

After the December "atmospheric river" we discovered not one but three leaks inside the house from our built-in gutters. We could find only two companies willing to do a repair in a reasonable timeframe. Ben from Cosmic Renovation and Roofing was prompt and helpful in setting up a schedule. After a couple of minor schedule slips, the job was completed in two days. Cosmic's roofers were friendly and polite, and cleanup of waste materials was good except for sawdust all over the yard. Of course, it hasn't rained since. I'll update this review as necessary after the next downpour!

Project- Balcony/Patio tear out and reinstall, including waterproofing, drainage, and repair of a leak.My house is about 80 years old; I discovered that there was a leak from a (nearly) roof-top patio down into the dining room wall below. Ben came over, assessed the situation, and was very up front about the price being determined by what they find after they pulled up the patio flooring. Unfortunately, it was kind of a mess under there. Ben explained the process and pricing very clearly and set up the different crews for each layer of the the tear out and reinstall. They were great about working with my schedule, Ben always called me back if there was an issue. The job, which was a multi-step project, was finished pretty quickly. Everyone was very polite, cleaned up and carted away any debris after every layer and they were even very nice to my dog, (who can be a little annoying ) it looks good now and I am confident that the waterproofing is solid. Will definitely rehire them for for future projects!

I originally needed to get my roof redone as part of a solar installation project, and the solar company referred me to Cosmic Roofing as their preferred partner. Due to the unusual roof slope on my house, several other companies had turned me down for this project.Cosmic sent me David A. to go over the initial conversation of the project. We talked about work streams, dates, expectations, areas of concern, and of course the price. He showed me sample tiles, colors, materials, and explained some items that I hadn't taken into account, such as adding new vents to pass the permit process. I felt like David really understood what needed to be done and how he would tackle it. That was why I felt comfortable signing a work order right away.The tiles were delivered within days, which I was pleasantly surprised at. The roof installers came the next day, and did their job efficiently. Permits were reviewed the same week, and I officially had a new roof in less than a month's time. It's commendable how efficient this company is. My house is now noticeably cooler on sunny days because David recommended the white roof tiles. Of course, the fast speed made it easy for the solar company to do their installation too.We're very happy to have worked with Cosmic Renovation and Roofing. It wasn't until I spoke with David that I found out they also do solar installations. I might've had them make a bid for the solar work as well, but since I had already decided on someone else, it wasn't in the cards. Anyways, if you're looking to add solar to your roof, give Cosmic a call for a quote.

We worked with many project managers, but Blake from Cosmic Renovation and Roofing is certainly the best! It’s such a pleasure to talk about your dream house with someone that really enjoys what he’s doing. We contacted him because we wanted a more eco-friendly lifestyle, and we thought that solars panels were the best option. Blake did a wonderful job, he was meticulous and inventive, and he made sure that everything else is in peak condition. We definitely recommend them!
